The Toro Company is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive turf and agricultural equipment sales across Sydney to Northern NSW. You will develop strong dealer partnerships, conduct product demonstrations, and coordinate with service teams to achieve targets while delivering exceptional customer support.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role requires travel within the territory, the ability to train dealers, and a proactive approach to market opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Proven success in a field sales role within equipment, machinery, turf, landscape or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to hit targets.
• Build and maintain dealer relationships and drive growth.
• Provide dealer training, product knowledge and sales support.
• Conduct product demonstrations for dealers and end users.
• Support marketing campaigns, field days, trade shows and promotions.
• Prepare forecasts, reports, and CRM updates.
