Toro Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Manager to grow sales across Sydney to Northern NSW in turf, commercial, construction and landscaping segments. You will manage dealer relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and drive customer success through strategic territory planning and coordinated marketing efforts.

You will collaborate with dealers, customers, service teams and internal stakeholders to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional support and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in equipment, machinery, turf, landscaping or related industries.
• Strong dealer networks and business development skills.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and close sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve targets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with dealers and customers.
• Monitor dealer performance and implement growth strategies.
• Recruit new dealers and provide product training and support.
• Conduct product demonstrations for dealers and end users.
• Support local marketing campaigns, trade shows and promotions.
• Prepare sales forecasts and CRM updates.
