Simplot is seeking a Senior Sales Support Representative to own the Redlands and Bayside territory, working across major grocery customers including Coles and Woolworths. This role covers Rochedale, Mount Gravatt and surrounding areas, driving in-store execution and building strong relationships with store teams.

With 35 hours per week, you will lead field coaching for Sales Support Representatives, onboard new team members, and collaborate with the State Field Manager - Northern to lift

Competenze

• Experience in retail, merchandising or customer-facing roles.
• Exposure to Coles, Woolworths or grocery environments is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills to manage time and priorities.
• Proactive with a can-do attitude and initiative.

Mansioni

• Visit a portfolio of grocery stores within your territory.
• Deliver strong in-store execution across merchandising, stock levels and product visibility.
• Ensure displays and planograms are set and maintained to standard.
• Build positive relationships with store managers.
• Coach and mentor Sales Support Representatives, sharing best practice and helping lift capability across the broader team.
• Plan your week and manage territory coverage.
• Use digital tools to record store activity and report updates.
• Take ownership of your territory and contribute to team goals.
