Job summary

Simplot is seeking a hands-on Sales Support Representative to cover the Northern Beaches NSW territory. This 23 hours-per-week role focuses on in-store execution, stock availability, and merchandising with major grocers like Coles and Woolworths.

You will build strong relationships with store teams, travel within the territory, and work under a State Field Manager – Northern. This permanent part-time position offers paid leave and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, merchandising or customer-facing roles.
• Exposure to Coles, Woolworths or grocery environments is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Proactive with a can-do attitude, taking initiative to get things done.
• Confident communicator who builds strong relationships in-store.
• Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and communication.
• Comfortable being on your feet and handling physical and manual tasks.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Visit a portfolio of grocery stores within your territory.
• Deliver strong in-store execution across merchandising, stock levels and product visibility.
• Ensure displays and planograms are set and maintained to standard.
• Build positive relationships with store managers and team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve product presence, promotions and displays.
• Plan your week and manage your territory coverage effectively.
• Use digital tools to record store activity, report updates and maintain accurate data.
• Take ownership of your territory, contributing to team goals and overall performance.
