Simplot Company is seeking a Senior Sales Support Representative to own the Redlands and Bayside territory in Queensland, Australia. The role covers major grocery accounts like Coles and Woolworths, with a focus on in-store execution, stock and visibility.

You will lead field team coaching and development, driving capability and performance across Queensland. This is a 35-hour-per-week, permanent part-time position offering paid leave and store autonomy.

• Experience in retail, merchandising or customer-facing roles.
• Exposure to Coles, Woolworths or grocery environments is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience coaching, mentoring or supporting others to achieve strong results.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.

About our Role

As a Senior Sales Support Representative (SSR), you’ll take ownership of the Redlands and Bayside territory, working across major grocery customers including Coles and Woolworths.

Covering suburbs such as Rochedale, Mount Gravatt, Cannon Hill, Wynnum, Manly West, Capalaba, Alexandra Hills, Cleveland, Thornlands, Victoria Point and surrounding areas, you’ll drive strong in-store execution across visibility, availability and merchandising, ensuring our brands consistently show up at their best while building strong relationships with store teams.

In addition to managing your own territory, you’ll play a key leadership role within the field team, acting as a coach and mentor to Sales Support Representatives across Queensland. As the first point of contact for day-to-day support and guidance, you'll help onboard and develop team members, share best practice, provide in-field coaching, and work closely with the State Field Manager - Northern to drive team capability and execution excellence.

With 35 hours per week, this role offers a consistent, structured workload, ideal for someone who enjoys being active and highly engaged throughout their week. You’ll work independently day-to-day, supported by a State Field Manager – Northern and a collaborative team, ensuring you feel connected and set up for success.

What You'll Do

• Visit a portfolio of grocery stores within your territory
• Deliver strong in-store execution across merchandising, stock levels and product visibility
• Ensure displays and planograms are set and maintained to standard
• Build positive relationships with store managers and team members
• Provide on-the-job coaching, guidance and support to Sales Support Representatives, sharing best practice and helping lift capability across the broader team
• Identify opportunities to improve product presence, promotions and displays
• Plan your week and manage your territory coverage effectively
• Use digital tools to record store activity, report updates and maintain accurate data
• Take ownership of your territory, contributing to team goals and overall performanc

About You

You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in delivering strong in-store results across a structured territory.

• Experience in retail, merchandising or customer-facing roles
• Exposure to Coles, Woolworths or grocery environments is highly regarded
• Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience coaching, mentoring or supporting others to achieve strong results
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
• Proactive with a can-do attitude, taking initiative to get things done
• Confident communicator who builds strong relationships in-store
• Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and communication
• Comfortable being on your feet and handling physical and manual tasks
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
