Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join our Joint Replacement team in Perth, Australia. This exciting role involves supporting surgeons during joint replacement procedures and learning advanced technologies like Mako robotic-assisted surgery. The ideal candidate is technically minded, motivated by results, and has a background in engineering or healthcare.

What you’ll do:

• Support surgeons in theatre during joint replacement procedures

• Learn and support advanced technologies, including Mako robotic-assisted surgery

• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams

• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff

• Work closely with your Territory Manager to plan and execute territory strategies

• Contribute to account planning and track performance against goals

• Prepare for cases, manage instruments and support accurate set logistics

• Stay across new technologies, techniques and industry developments
