Job summary

The a2 Milk Company is seeking an Territory Manager to drive sales growth across a NSW territory, strengthening partnerships with retailers and expanding distribution.

You will manage a Sydney region from Richmond to the Northern Beaches, optimise in-store execution and use store data to guide territory strategy.

Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you will be the face of the brand and lead collaborations with retailers to grow our client base and drive market expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG sales, retail account management, or territory management.
• Strong experience managing retail store relationships.
• Track record of improving distribution, shelf space and sales.
• Confident in analysing sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisation and route planning capability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with retailers to grow category performance and drive sustainable sales growth across your territory.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and independent grocers.
• Maximise in-store execution including shelf facings, placement and visibility.
• Identify new ranging, promotional and distribution opportunities.
• Analyse store performance data to optimise territory sales strategies.
