Job summary

Musco Lighting Australia is seeking a driven Sales Representative in the Sydney area. You''ll own your territory, build strong customer relationships, and present lighting solutions to contractors, engineers, specifiers, and facility owners.

You will travel extensively, collaborate with internal teams, and manage project opportunities from qualification to order, while maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Sales, Entrepreneurship, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer-first mindset and ability to build trust with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with contractors, specifiers, facility owners, and end-users.
• Understand customer needs and present Musco products that fit.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow the territory.
• Present Musco products through meetings, visits, and events.
• Maintain accurate project information in Musco’s sales database.
