Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a Big Merchandiser to manage STRATHPINE territory, building retailer relationships and ensuring precise execution of replenishment, ticketing, displays and launches. This casual role offers an average 10 hours per week with shifts Tue, Wed and Fri, and flexibility for Mon and Thu.

Essential: driver’s licence and a car; experience in supermarket/retail is desirable, plus strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket/retail environments is highly desirable.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong, clear communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and perform physical & repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in-store.
• Negotiate promotional space.
• Execute planograms as directed.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent Brand Influence Group positively and professionally.
• Safely perform physical requirements including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting and repetitive movements.
