Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual BIG Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory around Caboolture. You will ensure operational excellence through replenishment, ticketing, display builds and audits, with a focus on delivering quality in-store experiences.

The role offers flexible hours averaging 15 per week, no guaranteed minimums, and requires availability Tuesday to Friday with Monday flexibility. A driver’s license and car are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket/retail/pharmacy or liquor is desirable.
• Must have a valid Australian driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in-store.
• Negotiate promotional space for products.
• Execute planograms accurately.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone or tablet.
• Represent Brand Influence Group positively and professionally.
• Safely performing physical requirements including standing, walking, bending, lifting and repetitive movements.
