Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual Merchandiser to manage a Warwick territory, building relationships with retailers and ensuring store displays are compliant and well-executed. The role is part-time with an average of 10 hours per week and up to 20 hours when business needs demand.

Candidates should have a current Australian driver’s license with a vehicle and be able to travel to stores. Flexible availability Tue–Fri is essential, with preference for Monday flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong and friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Current Australian driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in store.
• Negotiate promotional space.
• Execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG positively and professionally.
• Safely perform the physical requirements including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
