Job summary

Brand Influence Group in Australia is seeking a BIG Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory, building strong retailer relationships while ensuring in-store execution from replenishment to display builds.

This ongoing casual role offers a flexible schedule (average of 15 hours per week), advance rosters, and a local, live-work setup. Applicants should have retail experience, a valid Australian driver’s licence and the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications

• Supermarket/retail experience is desirable.
• Australian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality in-store displays.
• Negotiate promotional space and execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone or tablet.
• Represent Brand Influence Group positively and professionally.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending and lifting as required.
