Labourpower Recruitment Services Pty Ltd is seeking an energetic Area Sales Manager for Sydney Metro and Regional areas. This hands-on field role focuses on growing sales, building retailer relationships, and ensuring in-store execution across the territory.

You will spend most of your time on the road visiting stores, working with Store Managers and franchisees to achieve sales targets and maintain merchandising standards. A proactive, customer-focused, self-motivated mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, retail, field sales or territory management.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
• Experience with major retailers and/or independents.
• Understanding of merchandising, planograms and retail execution.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow sales across designated Greater Sydney territory.
• Build relationships with major retailers, independents, Store Managers and franchisees.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and budgets.
• Identify and develop new retail opportunities.
• Influence store orders and replenishment levels.
• Drive merchandising, planogram and in-store marketing compliance.
• Complete regular store visits in line with agreed call cycles.
• Provide product training and sales support to retail teams.
• Monitor and improve in-store standards and sales performance.
• Manage and coordinate part-time merchandising support.
• Attend demonstrations, trade shows and quarterly sales meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and complete daily reporting.
• Coordinate regional store engagement and support.
• Represent the brand professionally across the retail network.
