Crop Smart Pty Ltd in Victoria seeks an experienced Agronomist to join our motivated team. You will manage client relationships, deliver agronomy advice, and contribute to business growth while operating from one of our regional stores.

Ideal candidates hold a recognised tertiary qualification in agricultural science, have strong regional farmer links, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn and excel in agronomy and business development.

We're seeking expressions of interest from experienced Agronomists to join our highly motivated team!

• Autonomous roles based in one of our stores across VIC, SA or NSW (depending on your location)

Crop Smart is a prominent force in the supply of Ag Chem with a significant market presence across SA, NSW & VIC regions.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, to support our strong growth, we require a new team member to join our dynamic teams. This autonomous role, will allow you to use your time management skills to manage the business as you see fit, to bring in results.

You will be either:

• A proven Agronomist with a book of clients who wants to join a successful and motivated team to further spread your wings, or
• A Junior Sales Agronomist who is a quick learner, relates well to farmers and is looking to work in a highly supportive team to grow quickly into a valuable team player.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• A recognised tertiary qualification in agricultural science
• Strong farmer links/contacts within the regional area and relate well to farmers;
• Outstanding communication skills and a pride in what you do;
• A willingness to learn and excel in agronomy and business development.
