Job summary

CSR is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead a key territory including Unanderra, Goulburn, the Southern Highlands and the South Coast to Gerringong. You will nurture long-term relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver value-focused solutions for a diverse customer portfolio.

Based in Unanderra, you will drive sustainable sales growth by collaborating with internal teams, developing account plans, and negotiating favourable outcomes while staying ahead of market trends

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Territory Sales.
• Strong customer-first mindset and consultative selling approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer portfolio across your territory.
• Execute sales strategies aligned with CSR's growth objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the region.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, becoming their key point of contact.
• Develop account plans to support retention, growth, and diversification.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless customer solutions.
• Prepare customer proposals, negotiate commercial outcomes, and close sales opportunities.
• Leverage market insights and customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Monitor performance against sales targets and take corrective actions.
