Job summary

Essity is seeking a dedicated Account Manager for Healthcare & Aged Care to drive growth across Residential Aged Care and Home Care sectors in a broad territory including Gold Coast and regional Queensland.

In this field-based role you will manage existing customers, build relationships with facility managers and clinical teams, and win new business while delivering education and training on TENA and Essity solutions to improve outcomes for residents.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing Residential Aged Care and Home Care customer accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with facility managers, clinical teams, procurement stakeholders, distributors, and service providers.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities within your territory.
• Conduct customer reviews and support contract renewals and pricing discussions.
• Deliver product training, clinical education, and customer workshops.
• Identify opportunities to expand the adoption of TENA and broader Essity solutions across continence care, skincare, wound care and professional hygiene.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and territory growth plan.
• Collaborate with Clinical Support, Marketing, and Sales teams to achieve business objectives.
