Job summary

Essity is seeking a proactive TENA Account Manager to grow our healthcare and aged care portfolio across Perth Metro and regional Western Australia. You will build trusted partnerships with residential aged care and home care providers, healthcare professionals, and distributors, while driving commercial growth.

You will lead account management, deliver education and workshops, and collaborate with internal teams to improve outcomes for customers and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and field-based sales in healthcare or aged care.
• Proven ability to grow a territory and convert opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Residential Aged Care and Home Care customer accounts.
• Develop relationships with facility managers, clinical teams, procurement stakeholders, distributors, and service providers.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities within the territory.
• Conduct customer reviews and support contract renewals and pricing discussions.
• Deliver product training, clinical education, and customer workshops.
• Expand adoption of TENA and Essity solutions across continence care, skincare, wound care and professional hygiene.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and territory growth plan.
• Collaborate with Clinical Support, Marketing, and Sales teams to achieve business objectives.
