Pacific National is seeking a safety-focused Terminal Operator for the Brisbane Freight Terminal. This permanent full-time role involves 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, to support intermodal operations in Brisbane.

You will coordinate train assembly, operate Reach Stacker and forklifts, manage freight documentation, perform train inspections and brake tests, and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Reach Stacker licence required.
• Full Driver’s licence required.
• General computer proficiency required.
• Experience in train inspection and trackside safety is advantageous.

An opportunity has presented itself for a safety-focused Terminal Operator to join our intermodal team at our Brisbane Freight Terminal.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and plan train assembly and dismantling within the terminal
• Operate Reach Stacker and undertake forklift and shunting activities
• Process freight and documentation in a computerised system
• Conduct train examinations and brake testing
• Adhere to all safe-working and operating procedures

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in train inspection, ground shunt and trackside safety (preferred)
• Previous experience in logistics, transport or rail industry (advantageous)
