Origin Energy is seeking a Terminal Manager to lead our LPG terminal operations in Townsville and surrounding sites. You will manage a team of terminal operators and drivers, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient day-to-day delivery of LPG products to customers.

You'll own the local safety plan, coordinate maintenance and upgrades, and collaborate across Origin’s network to optimise logistics and service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading teams in a complex operational environment.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance.
• Good commercial sense and experience managing budgets.
• Understanding of fuel or gas storage, handling, logistics and transport.
• Qualification in engineering, operations, management or gas/mechanical/electrical trade.
• Experience in LPG, gas or manufacturing is a plus, but not essential.

About the role

As our Terminal Manager, you’ll lead our LPG terminal and any sub-regional sites, looking after a team of terminal operators and drivers. Reporting to the Customer Solutions & Delivery Manager, you’ll be part of the Operations leadership team and keep day-to-day operations running safely and smoothly.

This is a varied role across terminal operations, logistics, site maintenance, network optimisation, and service and installation. You’ll own the local safety plan, make sure our sites and vehicles stay compliant, and plan the maintenance and upgrades our terminal needs over the long term. You’ll also work closely with people inside and outside Origin to strengthen our place in the supply chain and give our customers great service.
