Job summary

Origin Energy is seeking a Terminal Manager to lead the LPG terminal and sub-regional sites, guiding a team of operators and drivers. You’ll report to the Customer Solutions & Delivery Manager and ensure daily operations run safely and smoothly.

You’ll own the local safety plan, manage compliance for sites and vehicles, and plan long-term maintenance and upgrades while collaborating across Origin to strengthen the supply chain and deliver excellent service.

• Strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
• Good commercial sense and budget management understanding.

About the role:

As our Terminal Manager, you'll lead our LPG terminal and any sub-regional sites, looking after a team of terminal operators and drivers. Reporting to the Customer Solutions & Delivery Manager, you'll be part of the Operations leadership team and keep day-to-day operations running safely and smoothly.

This is a varied role across terminal operations, logistics, site maintenance, network optimisation, and service and installation. You'll own the local safety plan, make sure our sites and vehicles stay compliant, and plan the maintenance and upgrades our terminal needs over the long term. You'll also work closely with people inside and outside Origin to strengthen our place in the supply chain and give our customers great service.

What will you bring?

• Experience leading teams in a complex operational environment
• A strong focus on safety and compliance
• Good commercial sense and experience managing budgets
• An understanding of fuel or gas storage, handling, logistics and transport
• A relevant qualification in engineering, operations, management or a gas, mechanical or electrical trade
• Experience in LPG, gas or manufacturing is a plus, but not essential
