Job summary

St Paul's Catholic Primary School in Gracemere, under Catholic Education - Diocese of Rockhampton, is seeking a Tuckshop Coordinator to support a busy tuckshop during term-time. The 8-hour per week role starts January 2027 and includes managing the menu, updating the ordering app, ordering supplies, and rostering volunteers with emphasis on food safety and excellent service.

The successful applicant will need a WWC Blue Card, be able to perform the physical duties, and may hold a Food Safety

Qualifications

• Current Blue Card under the Working with Children Act 2000 (WWC Act)
• Food safety certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role safely
• Three professional referees with contact details in the resume
• Files in Word, PDF or image formats

Responsibilities

• Organise tuckshop menu and update the ordering app
• Order supplies and rostering of volunteers in the tuckshop
• Maintain high standard of food hygiene and customer service
• Ensure safety standards are followed as directed by the principal
