Job summary

Tennis NT is seeking a motivated Trainee Coach to deliver tennis programs across schools and club environments in the NT. You will represent Tennis NT positively and help grow participation.

You’ll support pathway promotion, administer attendance and billing, create marketing content, and assist during events. The role requires a developing coaching qualification, First Aid/CPR, and Working with Children checks.

Qualifications

• Trainee Coach qualification or commitment to complete.
• Senior First Aid including CPR or commitment to complete.
• Good understanding of the Australian tennis system and programs.
• Willingness to support across Tennis NT team and events.
• Willing to obtain Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tennis in school programs and adult lessons across NT environments.
• Be a welcoming, positive, and reliable representative for TennisNT.
• Promote the DITC pathway and available products to participants.
• Oversee attendance and class billing; ensure up-to-date info for customers.
• Create/update club content and marketing collateral (posters, social media, web).
• Assist during major Tennis NT events, staffing the café and player services.
