Tennis NT is hiring a Tennis Program & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day promotions and operations at Darwin International Tennis Centre, from Pickleball to kids’ Hot Shots. You’ll promote the pathway, manage attendance and billing, and help create marketing content.
The role fosters a welcoming atmosphere, supports Tennis NT programs, and collaborates across teams to grow participation and ensure a high-quality user experience for all players.

The Tennis Program & Operations Coordinator is the face of the Darwin International Tennis Centre “DITC” from a club and coaching operations perspective. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day promotion and operations of all programs – from Pickleball, social tennis, to the kids’ Hot Shots program, and more. The role is focused on driving the growth of Darwin International Tennis Centre through creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere and by applying their knowledge of the club pathway and offerings across tennis in the NT – in all personal interactions whether they are face-to-face, over the phone or online.
