Job summary

LifeHealthcare is seeking a proactive Tenders, Contracts and Pricing Administrator in Australia. You will support tender submissions, manage contracts, and handle pricing administration and consignment processes to ensure compliant, high‑quality service for customers.

The role offers collaboration with internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and commercial performance across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender, contract or commercial administration.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender submissions from initiation to completion.
• Manage full contract lifecycle including implementation and renewals.
• Support pricing reviews, maintenance and documentation.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and compliant.
• Prepare reports to support performance and decisions.
• Assist with consignment contract administration and governance.
• Support negotiation activities and commercial discussions.
