LifeHealthcare in Australia and New Zealand seeks an experienced Tenders & Contracts Team Leader to guide a high‑performing team, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced healthcare setting.

Based in Macquarie Park, this permanent leadership role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and Customer Service to win new business, support retention and drive commercial excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender management, contracts, commercial operations or excellence.
• Proven leadership with coaching and development能力.
• Experience in Medical Devices, MedTech, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of public and private healthcare procurement and tender processes.
• Excellent commercial and analytical skills with ability to derive insights.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple functions.
• Advanced Excel and reporting tools experience (Power BI).
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Tenders & Contracts team with collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee end-to-end preparation and submission of public and private healthcare tenders across ANZ.
• Manage full contract lifecycle including implementation, renewals, variations and governance.
• Evaluate commercial opportunities, manage contractual risk and support pricing strategies.
• Deliver commercial reporting, dashboards and insights to support decisions.
• Drive process improvements, automation and data governance across operations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare procurement requirements and company policies and regulations.
