Job summary

Aboriginal Housing Victoria (AHV) invites applications for a Client Services Officer based in Fitzroy North, Melbourne. Casual and full-time 12-month contracts are available. The successful candidate will be the frontline contact for tenants, delivering professional information, supporting maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or tenancy-related roles is desirable.
• Strong communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to use internal systems to record tenant information.
• Understanding of AHV policies and procedures a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for tenant telephone enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Respond to tenant enquiries by phone and email and escalate as needed.
• Record tenant information in AHV systems and retrieve up-to-date data.
• Collaborate with housing officers and property staff on tenancy matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve client service processes.
• Provide administrative support including written communications to tenants.
