Labourpower Recruitment Services Pty Ltd in Melbourne's Ravenhall is seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator to support the operations team of a large manufacturing company. The role focuses on efficient transport planning, driver allocation and proactive delivery management.

You'll work with Dynamics 365 and MS Office daily, maintain site records, and liaise with customers, drivers and warehouse staff to resolve issues and keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in transport coordination.
• High level knowledge of Dynamics 365.
• High level knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher).
• Highly organised and resilient.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient transport schedules and routes.
• Allocate drivers and vehicles to daily deliveries.
• Monitor delivery progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Plan and book delivery slots with customers and centres.
• Maintain PODs, manifests, run sheets, and daily reports.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, warehouse teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure transport integrates with warehouse and production operations.
• Manage subcontractor performance and safety compliance.
