Advance Impact is Australia’s leading tele-fundraising agency, seeking energetic individuals for its Call Centre team. You will engage supporters to raise funds for impactful causes, speaking with past, present, and future donors.

About the Role

This isn't your average call centre job. You'll be speaking with past, present, and future supporters to raise awareness and much-needed funds for life-changing causes - including protecting human rights, saving endangered wildlife, and supporting vital medical research.

What Do I Need?

With this role being remote, you will need some basics in order to fulfil the position and must supply your own material. At a minimum, you will need:

Fast & Reliable Internet Connection; preferably NBN

Dedicated, Ergonomic Work Station

Recent Microsoft Office Suite

Antivirus Software

Windows PC: Chromebooks, Apple iMacs, etc will not be acceptable.
