Job summary

Opensignal is seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant to join our Network Solutions team, supporting customers across Australia and New Zealand. You will work with telecom operators, regulators and stakeholders to interpret Opensignal’s data on network performance and market insights.

You will translate complex datasets into practical actions, present data-driven solutions to engineers and executives, and partner with sales and internal teams to ensure customer value, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution consulting, pre-sales, or technical consulting in telecoms or related industries.
• Strong understanding of network performance metrics, KPIs, and operational challenges across mobile and fixed networks.
• Experience supporting sales engagements, with exposure to solution selling.
• Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau/Power BI.
• Confident delivering executive-level presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of how network performance and user experience influence customer behavior and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales cycle with technical guidance to progress opportunities.
• Clearly articulate Opensignal’s capabilities and value to prospective clients.
• Identify customer pain points and business use cases across mobile and broadband.
• Deliver data-driven presentations and insights to technical and executive audiences.
• Design and present data-driven solutions and proofs-of-concept.
