Silverlink Technologies is seeking a Senior Network Data Analyst in Sydney to convert telco data into actionable insights using SQL, Python and BI dashboards. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in data analytics within telecoms, plus 3+ years in a senior capacity. Experience with 2G/3G/4G-LTE/VoLTE/5G-NR is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or network performance analysis within telecommunications.
• 3+ years in a senior/lead data analyst role, including dashboard ownership and stakeholder reporting.
• Exposure to multi-generation network technologies (2G/3G/4G-LTE/VoLTE/5G-NR) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw telco data into actionable business insights using SQL, Python, and BI-driven dashboards.
• Own dashboard design and provide stakeholder-facing reporting.
• Drive KPI improvements and reduce manual reporting through automation.
