Job summary

MEC NT is seeking qualified Communications Technicians to install, program, maintain and repair communications and cabling systems across major projects in the Territory. You will work autonomously while supporting project objectives and comply with diagrams, scopes of work and electrical plans.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Telecommunications Technology required.
• Working with Children certificate.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Construction Induction (White Card).
• High knowledge in OHS/WHS requirements.
• Able to pass drug and alcohol test and police check.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, maintain, and repair communications and cabling systems and related equipment.
• Maintain communications and security systems safely and efficiently.
