Job summary

Umbrella Club is seeking an experienced Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity Consultant to lead Salesforce CRM implementations in the Telecommunications sector from our Sydney office.

The role requires deep expertise in Communications Cloud, Vlocity, OmniStudio, CPQ and Order Management, plus strong integration skills and a proactive, collaborative approach. You will work closely with clients and delivery teams to design and deploy solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud.
• Strong understanding of the Telecommunications industry.
• Experience in at least one full Salesforce Industries / Vlocity implementation, preferably in Telecom.
• Strong knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM.
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors and Cards Framework.
• Experience migrating legacy systems/CRM platforms to Salesforce/Vlocity.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity solutions.
• Work on CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM solutions.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
• Support end-to-end Salesforce implementation, including design, development, testing and deployment.
• Support migration from legacy CRM systems to Salesforce/Vlocity.
