Service Stream in Chatswood, NSW is seeking a proactive LASE (Land Access, Stakeholder & Engagement) Advisor to support delivery of national telecommunications infrastructure projects. You will navigate land access, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and manage statutory notices across public and private land.

You’ll work with project teams to identify risks, ensure compliance with legislation, and maintain records throughout the project lifecycle.

Competenze

Experience in telecommunications, land access, property, planning, or infrastructure projects.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Ability to interpret legislation and regulatory requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a team.

Mansioni

Assess land access, stakeholder, and statutory requirements for project scopes.
Identify landowners, occupiers, councils, government agencies, utilities, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and issue Schedule 3 Land Access Notices and statutory communications.
Manage stakeholder enquiries, complaints, and escalations.
Provide expert advice on telecommunications legislation and land access obligations.
Maintain project records and compliance documentation.
