Service Stream is seeking a proactive LASE Advisor to support delivery of Australia-wide network infrastructure projects. You will navigate land access requirements, engage stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations across public and private land.

You will work with project, design, and delivery teams to assess land access pathways, coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, and manage statutory notifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Competenze

• Experience in telecommunications, land access, property, planning, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• The ability to interpret legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive approach and the confidence to work autonomously while collaborating within a broader team.

Mansioni

• Assess project scopes to determine land access, stakeholder, and statutory requirements.
• Identify landowners, occupiers, councils, government agencies, utilities, and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare and issue Schedule 3 Land Access Notices and statutory communications.
• Manage stakeholder enquiries, complaints, and escalations.
• Provide expert advice on telecommunications legislation and land access obligations.
• Maintain project records and compliance documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
