In this role, you'll be responsible for navigating land access requirements, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with regulatory and legislative obligations.

Join Service Stream and play a key role in delivering Australia's telecommunications infrastructure projects.

As a LASE Advisor, you'll work closely with project, design, and delivery teams to assess land access pathways, coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, and manage statutory notifications across both public and private land. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping project teams identify risks, manage approvals, and maintain compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess project scopes to determine land access, stakeholder, and statutory requirements.
• Identify landowners, occupiers, councils, government agencies, utilities, and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare and issue Schedule 3 Land Access Notices and statutory communications.
• Manage stakeholder enquiries, complaints, and escalations.
• Provide expert advice on telecommunications legislation and land access obligations.
• Maintain project records and compliance documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
