Job summary

JB Hi-Fi is seeking a dynamic retail professional to lead store communications initiatives. You will train and support the Communications Team while keeping customers at the heart of every interaction.

With proven retail experience and knowledge of Telco, you will drive merchandising standards, ensure safety and compliance, and help deliver great customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience and broad knowledge of Telco.
• Proven customer service experience; cash handling and EFTPOS familiarity.
• Ability to work independently and within a sales team; handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profitability targets for your store by providing ongoing training, coaching, support and feedback to the store's Communications Team, putting the customer at the center of everything you do.
• Lead and maintain the communications department merchandising standards as agreed.
• Ensure all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with emphasis on safety, including in-store process and incident reporting.
