Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment is helping a major telecom client in Australia recruit top internal talent. As an internal recruiter, you’ll implement talent management strategies and initiatives to attract talented superstars to the growing team.

You will design sourcing strategies in collaboration with the People and Culture lead, drive onboarding activities, and share insights on structure and recruitment strategy to support the People & Culture team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment field.
• Experience at a technology company.
• Strong understanding of candidate selection methods and ATS.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Commitment to confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Design winning sourcing strategies to fill key positions in Australia.
• Execute onboarding activities in a timely and effective manner.
• Share insights on organizational structure and recruitment strategy.
• Work with hiring managers to identify business objectives and hiring needs.
• Deliver a phenomenal candidate experience and represent the brand.
