Job summary

Blue Mountains City Council in Katoomba NSW is seeking a project officer to support a major ERP rollout, with emphasis on TechnologyOne or similar systems. The role requires you to work across sites and partner with SMEs to validate requirements and deliver business-ready solutions.

You will assist with configuration, testing, and change readiness, and you should be an effective communicator who can facilitate workshops and produce clear analysis artefacts.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business systems or ERP implementation with configuration support, testing and readiness activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to facilitate workshops and produce artefacts.
• Ability to work with SMEs to validate requirements and build consensus.
