Zelora is seeking a hands-on Technology & Test Analyst to join our Technology team in Australia. You will ensure technology solutions are thoroughly tested, requirements are understood, and delivery outcomes meet business expectations across projects, enhancements and releases.

You will develop tests, support business analysis, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing and delivery practices, while maintaining strong relationships with business partners

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software testing or QA
• Experience supporting business analysis activities and requirements documentation
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
• Experience with UAT, defect management and end-to-end testing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Test Planning & Preparation: develop and maintain test plans, schedules, cases, scripts, data and regression packs
• Test Execution & Release Support: perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, smoke, production verification tests and support UAT
• Defect & Quality Management: identify, document, prioritise and validate defects; retest fixes
• Business Analysis Support: assist with workshops, gather requirements and document user stories and acceptance criteria
• Practice Development & Stakeholder Engagement: create reusable testing artefacts; contribute to testing standards and governance; build strong stakeholder relationships

Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on Technology & Test Analyst to join our Technology team.

You'll play a key role in ensuring technology solutions are thoroughly tested, requirements are clearly understood, and delivered outcomes meet business expectations. Working across projects, system enhancements and operational releases, you'll execute testing activities, support business analysis, collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement across our delivery practices.

Key responsibilities include:

Test Planning & Preparation

• Develop and maintain test plans, test schedules, test cases, test scripts, test data and regression test packs
• Participate in release planning, estimation and test preparation activities
• Ensure testing coverage aligns with business and technical requirements

Test Execution & Release Support

• Execute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, smoke, sanity and production verification testing
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and business readiness
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure releases are delivered successfully and on time

Defect & Quality Management

• Identify, document, prioritise and validate defects
• Retest fixes and confirm resolution of issues
• Support quality gates, governance processes and requirements traceability
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

Business Analysis Support

• Assist with workshops, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement activities
• Document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support process mapping, process reviews and requirements traceability
• Help ensure solutions align with business needs and expectations

Practice Development & Stakeholder Engagement

• Develop reusable testing artefacts and documentation
• Support testing standards, processes and governance frameworks
• Contribute to the ongoing maturity of testing and delivery practices
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, vendors and delivery partners

Qualifications

You'll bring strong testing experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business stakeholders.

We're looking for someone with:

• 3-5 years' experience in software testing, quality assurance or a similar role
