Hepburn Shire Council is looking for a Technology Services Lead to coordinate the delivery, support, security, reliability and continuous improvement of Council's information technology services and environments.
In this hands‑on leadership role, you'll provide technical oversight across service desk operations, business applications, cloud and on‑premises infrastructure, networks, cyber security, telecommunications and end‑user computing. You'll also guide our Technology Support Officer and work closely with vendors, managed service providers and teams across Council.

About You
We're looking for a technology professional with broad experience across infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, cyber security, applications and service delivery in a complex environment.
You'll bring strong technical knowledge, practical operational leadership and sound judgement, along with the ability to coordinate complex incidents, competing priorities, technical resources and service providers.
You'll also have:
Desirable: ITIL Foundation or equivalent, Microsoft Azure/Microsoft 365 or cyber security certifications, and local government experience.
