Technology Project Manager – Infrastructure & Security

We're looking for a Technology Project Manager to lead a portfolio of infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and firewall projects. These projects keep the organisation secure, resilient, and ready for what's next, and you'll be the one guiding them from initial idea through to successful delivery and adoption.

This isn't a role where you hand off pieces to a large PMO. You'll be part of a lean, capable team where you own the whole journey, shaping scope, bringing the right people together, managing risks, keeping stakeholders informed, and making sure the change lands well with the people it affects.

What you'll be doing:

Leading technology projects end to end, from planning and scoping through delivery, handover, and wrap-up.

Working closely with engineers, security specialists, vendors, and business stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and moving in the same direction.

Owning the change management side of your projects, helping people understand what's changing, why it matters, and how it affects them.

Translating technical detail into clear, practical updates for non-technical audiences, and business needs into clear direction for technical teams.

Spotting risks and roadblocks early and working through them calmly and constructively.

You don't need to be an Engineer, but a working understanding of technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, or firewall environments will help you hit the ground running. If you've managed projects in these spaces, or worked closely alongside the teams who do, that's a real advantage.
