Job summary
Starbucks Australia is seeking a Technology Operations Manager to lead technology operations across our stores and Support Centre. Reporting to the CIO, you will drive reliable, secure and scalable technology services that support business growth and work with partners and vendors to improve service levels and security.

Qualifications
- Senior technology operations experience in multi-site retail or hospitality.
- Proven vendor management with improved service and cost outcomes.
- Experience handling multi-party support chains and triage.
- Demonstrated efficiencies against a technology spend baseline.
- Hands-on in networks, end-user compute and Microsoft 365 in stores.
- Security operations experience: access control, patches, vulnerability management, incident response.
- Experience with point-of-sale estate and store technology.
- Willingness to travel and be on-call after hours.
- Tertiary qualification in a technology discipline or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology operations, service delivery and incident management.
- Drive vendor performance and commercial outcomes.
- Own infrastructure including networks, devices, Microsoft 365 and cloud services.
- Strengthen cyber security, compliance and resilience.
- Support store growth by keeping technology scalable.
- Partner with Operations to improve store tech experience.
