Job summary

BHP is offering a 24-month Technology Graduate Program designed to build capability and confidence for the future. From day one, you’ll engage in structured onboarding, guided learning paths and support from peers and leaders who care about your growth.

You’ll rotate through automation, OT, cloud, data and digital product development, with placements at multiple sites and the chance to secure a specialist role after completion.

Qualifications

• Graduated within the past two years or due to graduate by end of 2027 with a degree aligned to the disciplines listed above.
• International students with a valid visa are welcome to apply. By February 2028, you must hold a visa with no work restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 x 6-month rotations across diverse teams.
• Participate in structured onboarding and guided learning paths.
• Contribute to automation, OT, cloud engineering, data and analytics, or digital product development.
