Job summary

BHP is offering a 24-month Technology Graduate Program designed to develop graduates into technology professionals through four 6-month rotations across automation, OT, cloud engineering, data analytics and digital product development.

You will join a culture focused on growth, collaboration and wellbeing, with structured onboarding and strong support from peers and leaders who are passionate about your development. International site exposure is possible as rotations occur at various locations.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates (within last two years) or due to graduate by end of 2027.
• Disciplines include Computer Science, IT, Data Science, analytics, cybersecurity, cloud computing or related tech fields.
• Willingness to learn across automation, OT, cloud, data and digital product development.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 x 6-month rotations over 24 months across technology teams.
• Build capability, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to real projects.
• Support initiatives in automation, decarbonisation, data platforms and safe operations.
