Western Power in Perth is launching a two-year Technology Graduate Program spanning Digital Products, Cyber Security, Tech & Data Services and more, with rotations every six months. You will gain broad operational exposure, work with data analytics, IT services, cloud technologies and innovative digital solutions while developing core business technology competencies for rapid progression.

Open to graduates with Computing/IT/Data Science backgrounds, who are Australian citizens or permanent

Qualifications

• A university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT or related fields.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback to develop professionally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety in the workplace.
• Reside in WA and be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Rotational exposure across Western Power's operations during a two‑year program.
• Develop knowledge of data analytics, IT services, cloud technologies, and improved digital experience for customers and employees; apply to solve business problems.
• Achieve competencies positioning for rapid advancement as a Business Technology professional.
