Job summary

Auto & General (A&G) in Brisbane seeks a Technology Contract Administrator to coordinate the full contract lifecycle for technology agreements, ensuring compliance and audit readiness. You will maintain the CMS and Technology Contracts Register while onboarding suppliers and managing risk and renewal dates.

You will lead stakeholder engagement across legal, finance and risk, and support reporting on procurement activities and vendor performance within a hybrid work model at our Toowong location.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating technology contracts and supplier engagements.
• Ability to track deadlines, milestones and compliance across complex vendors.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with legal, finance and risk teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for technology agreements.
• Maintain the Technology Contracts Register and CMS records.
• Onboard suppliers in nLighten following TPRM processes.
• Classify suppliers by materiality and reporting criteria.
• Monitor contract risks, renewals, and key dates.
• Prepare and distribute Technology Partnerships reporting.
