Job summary

HammondCare is seeking a Technology Change Manager to drive people-focused change across its technology transformation portfolio in NSW. You will lead adoption, readiness and training while collaborating with senior leaders, delivery teams and business stakeholders.

You will design and maintain change frameworks, govern adoption metrics and support platform modernisation, data and analytics, AI-enabled solutions and process improvements. The role offers hybrid work and professional development.

Qualifications

Experience leading technology change across complex transformation programs.
Experience building business readiness and adoption plans.
Certification in change management or delivery methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR/Agile/SAFe) preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead technology adoption and business readiness across HammondCare's technology transformation portfolio.
Partner with delivery teams, product owners and stakeholders to prepare operational teams for change.
Develop and maintain HammondCare's Technology Change Framework and governance.
Coordinate technology communications, training and transition activities for system implementations.
Monitor adoption, user experience, readiness and benefits realisation; support continuous improvement.
Provide a coordinated view of change across projects to optimise release planning.
