Job summary

Whizdom is seeking a Technology Change Manager to join a major consulting program delivery team in Sydney. The role involves planning, coordinating and controlling technology-related changes to ensure minimal risk and disruption to business operations.

The position spans ITSM, change governance, stakeholder coordination and implementation oversight across infrastructure, cloud and application environments, with emphasis on risk, compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• ITSM, Change & Release Management, Risk Management are essential.
• Banking sector experience is preferred.
• Stakeholder Management and CAB facilitation are required.
• Experience across infrastructure, cloud and application delivery is needed.
• Strong governance and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow is expected.
• ITIL Foundation is preferred and certification is advantageous.

Technology Change Manager | 6-Month Contract

An opportunity is available for an experienced Technology Change Manager to join a major consulting environment and play a key role within a Program Delivery team.

About the Role

As the Technology Change Manager, you will plan, coordinate and control technology-related changes, helping ensure approved changes are implemented with minimal risk and disruption to business operations.

This role combines IT service management, change governance, stakeholder coordination and implementation oversight across infrastructure, cloud and application environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change governance activities.
• Manage change planning and assessments.
• Oversee the change request management process.
• Coordinate stakeholders and vendors.
• Support risk and compliance management.
• Oversee technology change implementation.
• Contribute to incident, problem and post-implementation reviews.
