Job summary

Coles Group Pty Ltd is seeking an Internal Audit Manager - Technology to lead assurance across technology, data, digital, AI and emerging risks. You will steer audits across transformation programs and guide senior leaders with clear, commercially relevant insights.

You will shape assurance priorities, manage multiple priorities, and coach internal and co-source teams to deliver high-quality outcomes while collaborating with Technology, business and assurance functions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Internal Audit or technology risk assurance.
• Proven leadership and coaching capability across teams.
• Ability to prioritise and adapt in complex environments.
• Strong collaboration with technology, business and assurance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology audits and assurance reviews.
• Shape risk-based assurance priorities as projects evolve.
• Translate technology risks into clear insights for senior leaders.
