Job summary

Protiviti Australia is seeking a senior IT Audit & Technology Assurance leader to bridge strategic growth with hands-on management of a diverse client portfolio. You will oversee engagements, ensure quality, and act as the primary client contact to manage expectations and opportunities.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across Protiviti’s service lines and ongoing business development. Experience of 7+ years in technology assurance or internal audit, with 3–4 years in management

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology assurance, IT risk or internal audit in professional services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or related field.
• CISA mandatory; other certs (CISM, CISSP, CRISC, etc.) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of IT audit and technology assurance engagements with ownership of engagement economics.
• Review engagement quality and key deliverables to ensure Protiviti standards.
• Serve as primary client contact for stakeholders and manage expectations and opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end proposal development and statements of works.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and cross-selling within client accounts.
• Collaborate across service lines to provide a unified client experience.
